Recharge and regain your inner strength through the power of silence! Relax deeply in the Enlighten Life Silent-Detox Retreat on the paradisiac island Koh Phangan. Enjoy a greater stress tolerance, new emotional balance and enduring serenity through guided meditation.
Do you often feel stressed, tired and worn out? Do you feel that everything is too much for you and sometimes you think how you can break out of the rat race? Do you suffer maybe from sleep disturbances, frequent headaches, digestive problems and inner restlessness?
Then it’s time to shift down a gear, to decelerate, simply to take a break and to learn again to live in the here and now. Reconnect, you are the most important person in your life. This retreat into silence will replenish your reserves.
Satsang with the Advaita master Madhukar, consisting of meditative silence and support, is held twice daily.
Let‘s explain: Satsangs are gatherings where busy minds cool down. Through silence, meditation, dialogue (with the master), music and Ecstatic Dance.
In Madhukar’s presence you’ll be able to easily relax into silence. His clear guidance shows you how to sustain mindfulness and harmony in your daily life.
Silence is the most powerful force in the universe. It is the ground of being. In silence inner peace and happiness reveal.

The Thai island Koh Phangan is spiritual and authentic. It is a place of colorful simplicity, subtle nuances and dreamlike beauty. It is a place for reflection and to be thankful. Phangan is an island of joy, with wonderful scooter rides on beautiful trails, walks full of profound experiences and touching encounters. It is full of adorable sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. It is the perfect place to relax deeply.
Book a cheap flight to Bangkok or Phuket now. From there you can travel to Koh Phangan by train, bus or plane. Or book a flight to the neighboring island Koh Samui. Koh Phangan does not have its own airport. (that keeps the mass tourists away!) Ferries bring you easily and reliably from Koh Samui or the mainland (Don Sak Pier), fast and safe to
the island. Arrived in Koh Phangan (Thongsala Pier), there are cheap pickup taxis (100-150 THB, about 3-5 euros), which drop you at the yoga house.
