Learning Serenity: How to Become Calmer, more Relaxed and more Balanced
July 15, 2025When these limitations fall away, something primal emerges.
Not learned, not trained—but natural.
In women, it is the gentle, receptive power we call feminine energy.
What is masculine and feminine energy beyond gender?
When the hustle and bustle ceases in silence, something amazing happens:
Women become more feminine. Men become more masculine.
Not because they want to. Not because they learn techniques for it.
But because they stop covering up what they have always been.
Deep down, there are no roles.
And yet, the ancient qualities of masculinity and femininity reveal themselves when the mind becomes still.
It is like the blossoming of a flower that no one planted—it was simply already there.
Feminity is playful
Qualities of feminine energy—expression of stillness
Feminine energy does not need to demand anything.
It receives. It is open, soft, playful, inviting—and therefore powerful.
In the retreats, I experience this again and again:
Women begin to feel themselves again.
They smile differently. They move differently.
It is not an act, not a technique – it is the natural charisma that becomes visible when inner tension melts away.
Too much masculine energy – what we miss out on as a result
Many women say at some point: “I have too much masculine energy.”
What they mean is: “I am constantly strong, in control, doing, acting.”
But when we take a closer look, it is often not masculinity – it is hardness.
Hardness that has arisen from stress, excessive demands, or old wounds.
Perhaps you have been functioning for a long time because no one else would have done so.
Perhaps you have learned to protect yourself by holding back your feelings.
From the outside, this appears “masculine.”
In reality, it is just a layer that separates you from your own softness.
In the retreats, I often see this layer dissolve – not because women “want to be more feminine”, but because they finally have to stop fighting.
And that’s when something else emerges: a strength that comes from calmness, not tension.
Reflection question:
When you think of your “strong” moments – were they really free, or just tense?
The return to feminine energy
There is no exercise for this.
Only a space where you don’t have to defend yourself.
A space where silence envelops you until you realize: everything is relaxed.
This relaxation is not an action—it is falling into something that carries you.
And suddenly you are there, as you truly are.
Remaining in feminine energy
Feminine energy is not a state that you have to “hold.”
It is there as long as you are in the moment.
Breath by breath, glance by glance.
In the silence of the retreat, it is easy to stay here.
You don’t need to do anything, achieve anything—just be.
The feminine radiance in the Advaita understanding
Advaita is not about improving your personality or perfecting a certain role.
It is understood that the person itself is not who we really are.
In this view, there is no “male” and no “female” – just as there is no ‘I’ and “you” in a separate sense.
And yet something strange happens:
When this alignment with oneness is deeply experienced, what we see as masculine and feminine in the world also changes. I am writing here about femininity, about womanhood. Every woman radiates her own quality when she is at rest in being.
Women become softer, men more present.
Not because someone is working on it, but because what was previously tense relaxes on its own.
It is as if the light of consciousness illuminates both poles more clearly—and it is precisely this that allows them to come into their natural power.
The mystery is that, in truth, this polarity does not exist, and yet it flourishes when no one clings to it anymore. This cannot be grasped with the mind—but you can experience it.
This radiance not only changes you—it changes the space around you.
It is as if everything becomes softer, calmer, more authentic. And everything shines – including you!
Feminine energy in relationships
When you are in your feminine energy, the struggle stops.
There are no strategies, no masks.
You encounter the other person – whether man or woman – as you are.
And in this openness, genuine closeness arises.
Find happiness in love with feminine energy – without searching for it
During the retreats, I experience that love does not need to be sought.
It reveals itself when you become still. You can recognize: I am love!
It does not come as a goal, but as a natural expression of being.
That is the gift:
You don’t have to “become” anything.
You already are.
Want to bet? Come to the retreat and see if what I promise here is true.
