Mind map of happiness – What is happiness?

What is happiness? I have created a mind map of happiness for you. Happiness is a philosophical question. Some say that happiness is temporary. Others, however, say happiness is our natural state of being. Here in the blog of Madhukar Enlighten Life it is exactly about this happiness, which is always present. Nevertheless, I have collected all possible questions and statements about happiness.

Mind map of happiness

There are different definitions of happiness. For most people happiness is synonymous with success. Others also say that happiness is not a coincidence, but the result of hard work. Others, on the other hand, are sure that if you are happy, you are balanced on the inside. Or there are beliefs about happiness, like this one: Happiness is a momentary phenomenon that doesn’t last long. Then, of course, there is the desire for someone to share happiness with. But what is happiness? First, take a look at my mind map Happiness.

Are you happy?

For me, this is the crucial question. Are you happy when you wake up in the morning? Are you happy when you go to sleep in the evening? And during the day – what about your happiness? Maybe you already have answers to the questions: How can I be happy? Or even: Where does happiness live? Where does my happiness live? Or are you still searching? I am a psychologist and we could now examine some of your issues that stand in the way to happiness. Many people do that. And it works for a while. But you know what? There are two disadvantages: One is that even this happiness doesn’t last, and more importantly, there’s a shortcut.

This is about the shortcut to happiness.

That’s what this is all about. I may not even give you the answer to the question, “What is happiness?” but send you on an inner search. Check out the testimonials (click) or listen to what Madhukar has to say right now (click). Turn on the sound from the video when you follow the link and then pay attention to what you observe. You are listening to a Jnani. What is that again – you might ask? I could describe that as him always being in a meditative state. He wouldn’t quite agree with me there, because he says it’s not a state – but we’ll leave it that way today.
