I was not looking for a master
August 19, 2022Testimonials after one week Online Meditation
September 7, 2022Many people have spiritual experiences during meditation. Often the spiritual experiences remain private. Today I would like to share with you what Chandi Devi experienced during Papaji Mahasamadhi. He is her Guruji. The Mahasamadhi is the highest Samadhi – this is what the death hour of an awakened person is called. Some do not consider that a Jnani is constantly in meditation. Therefore, in his presence it is possible to have the same spiritual experiences as in meditation. And this is what Chandi Devi experienced. She is a longtime devotee of H.W.L. Poonjaji – lovingly called Papaji by his devotees. Chandi was there when he left his body at hostpital. Read what she experienced.
Spiritual experience during Papaji Mahasamadhi!
We are in a hospital in Lucknow in northern India on September 6, 25 years ago. The year is 1997 and Chandi tells us her experience.
HAPPY PAPAJI MAHASAMADHI!
. 25 years ago, while I was at the hospital, sitting in our room, taking a break from running back and forth getting medicines to keep Papaji’s body alive, my attention was brought up to look at the Papaji photo we had put on the wall, and out of the third eye came an explosion of golden white ligh, streaming out, out, out, spreading, expanding and flowing and permeating, dissolving into everything; everything was that light, itself. Flowing on and on, into the cosmos, into every atom; flowing dissolving form into that..
And it kept expanding, every second, all the air, was That. It was everything; there was nothing but That I was That. All was That. And it never ended.
I am That. You are That.
At once, I knew Papaji had left His form.
It is difficult to put into words, but I felt it was finally time to share this, which has always been my consistent, ongoing reality.
Papaji is always HERE, everywhere. There is nowhere to look for Him, because Just Keep Quiet. Just look within your Heart of Hearts.
Papaji had human form; you and I have human form. There is no difference. We are all That ONE!
What Luck, to meet in form that which is all form and no form.
Nothing else really exists. It is all substratum. That. Light.
Papaji has gone nowhere. He is ever constantly present, as That. Our own Self.
Papaji Ki Jai!
Du you want to make spiritual experiences yourself?
You can find Chandi’s original post and the responses from her friends on her profile on Facebook. It is always sad when a person leaves the body. But a Jnani is not the body. If you like to meet a Jnani – online or offline – meet him while he is still in the body.
Madhukar often emphasizes that. He always talks about how Sri Ramana Maharshi also had many more devotees after he left his body. Whereas I realize that I may be a little more mindful with words – because a Jnani doesn’t leave his body – there is no entity that leaves the body from the Advaita point of view – consciousness is always here. And why do more people suddenly follow the Jnani when he is dead? For me it is clear: A Jnani can also be uncomfortable – that is why many meet him only when the body is no longer alive. But then he no longer has the power to take away your illusions – and just that is enormously valuable if awakening is important to you. So, what I want to say: If you like to meet Madhukar – a living Jnani – you can find the dates here (click).
